VATJPNメンバーの皆様
皆さん、長い間ご支持くださり、ありがとうございました。
二年近く前から引退をしたくても出来ない状況から、あと一年だけ、あと一年、、、だましだまし支部長を続けてきましたが、区切りがつきましたので今月末で支部長を引退させて頂くことにしました。
思い返せば8年前！？、VATSIMの精神に惚れ込み、何か恩返ししたいと思いイベントスタッフ入りさせて頂きました。そして二年後に支部長の大役を引き受けることになり、のらりくらり現在に至ります。
国内トレーニングシステムのGRP1とGRP2それぞれへの準拠、PRC・CRCの設置、トレーニングセンター開設、VATJPN管制方式基準の作成、プロモーションビデオの作成、イベントのバリエーション化、エアライン編集部様との交流、ETEC様との交流などなど、当初必要に感じていた以上に実り多い充実の任務期間でしたが、これも在任中にお世話になったメンバー皆様のお陰様だと思っています。有難うございました。
特にスタッフして支えてくださった、syoutaさん、kimioさん、Amoretteさん、discmskさん、syuchanさん、ezbhoyさん、BILLさん、KEIさん、K.Sさん、saikunさん、本当に有難うございましたm(_ _)m

VATJPN is currently seeking new Divisional Director from experienced member.
[Job Responsibility]
1) Oversee the management affairs of the VATJPN.
2) Work closely with VATSIM staff to ensure that membership record of VATJPN is appropriately following VATSIM rules.
3) Report to VATASIA staff members frequently and promptly regarding the performance of the division.
[Candidate shall possess the following qualifications]
1) Currently holding a ATC rating of C1 or above. INS/INS+/SUP rating is a plus.
2) Be able to communicate effectively with others in japanese(written and spoken).
3) Candidates with previous staff experience will have priority in the selection process.
4) Must possess teamplayer qualities to work with other divisions and members .
5) Willing to spend a considerable amount of their time for this position and maintain an online presence.
6) The candidate must be a member of the VATJPN or be willling to transfer there if selected for the post.
7) The candidate selected for this position will be expected to be the role model for members in VATJPN. Friendliness, creativity, and most importantly patience will be advantages to succeed in this position.
